This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and who it is shared with. It describes the website as it is actually built — the two forms on it and the services they depend on — and nothing more.

2. What we collect
We only collect what you type into one of the two forms on this site, plus limited technical information created automatically by our hosting provider.

Collected automatically
- Our hosting provider records standard server information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
- Each form submission records which page it came from. This is only ever the home page at present.
- Both forms include a hidden anti-spam field. If it is filled in — which only automated bots do — the submission is discarded and nothing is stored.
This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, heatmaps or any other visitor tracking.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry. If you submit the booking form, we use your details to reply, discuss your event and, if you go ahead, to arrange the booking.
- To send you marketing emails, only if you asked for them. See the next section.
- To keep the site working and secure.
4. Marketing emails
We will only send you marketing emails if you subscribed through the newsletter form on this site. That form exists for no other purpose, and subscribing to it is the only way this website adds you to a marketing list.
Sending a booking enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. If you contact us through the booking form, we use your details only to deal with your enquiry and to arrange a booking.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the footer of any marketing email we send, or by emailing kentaxell@gmail.com and asking to be removed. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop us replying to a booking enquiry you have made.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site and respond to you:

6. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set any cookies. It does not use local storage or session storage, and it contains no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts of any kind.
Because there are no non-essential cookies, there is no cookie consent banner. If tracking is added later — analytics, a Meta or TikTok pixel, a chat widget, an embedded video player — this section must be updated and a consent mechanism will need to be added before that tracking is allowed to load.
7. How long we keep it
We keep the information you send us for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy — to deal with your enquiry, to fulfil and keep a record of a booking, and to send you marketing if you asked for it — and for as long as we are required to keep business records. Newsletter subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing kentaxell@gmail.com.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to how we use it, or to withdraw consent you previously gave.

9. International transfers
Our service providers are based in the United States, so if you contact us from outside the US your information will be transferred to and stored there.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are sent to our own server before being passed to our customer relationship system — the credentials for that system are never exposed to your browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
This site is intended for people booking entertainment services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change how this site collects or uses personal information, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top.
